Pace conventions
Pace is "min:sec per unit" — e.g. 9:30/mi means 9 minutes 30 seconds per mile. The classic recreational range is 8:00–12:00/mi (5:00–7:30/km).
For races: 4:00/mi pace is elite marathon territory. 7:00/mi is solid amateur. 10:00/mi is a relaxed weekend run.
Estimate — not medical advice
The numbers here are estimates built on population averages and published formulas. Any individual can sit well away from the average, so treat the output as a rough guide rather than a measurement of you specifically. It isn't a medical assessment, and it can't account for your history, medications, or anything a clinician would notice.
